Refund Policy
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
By engaging with VCS Creation and making any payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that all fees related to development, design, consultation, or digital services are non-refundable once the project work has begun. VCS Creation is not liable for refunds due to changes in client requirements, delays caused by the client, lack of content submission, or dissatisfaction arising from misunderstandings after approvals. Payments made for third-party services such as hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, or external subscriptions are governed by their respective providers and cannot be refunded by VCS Creation under any circumstances. The client accepts that initiating the project constitutes full acceptance of this legal disclaimer and the stated refund policy.
REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
All payments made to VCS Creation are final and non-refundable once the project has started, as time, resources, and development effort are immediately allocated to your work. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, project delays caused by the client, or incomplete submission of required content. If a project is cancelled before development begins, only the portion of work not yet initiated may be considered for partial refund at our discretion. Payments made for domains, hosting, third-party tools, or premium services are also non-refundable. By proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy.
WHAT IS REFUND POLICY ?
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
