Terms & Conditions
A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
The information, services, and digital products provided by VCS Creation are for general business use and are delivered “as-is” without any guarantees or warranties. While we take every reasonable step to ensure accuracy, performance, and security, we are not liable for errors, data loss, downtime, third-party failures, or any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. All designs, features, timelines, and technical specifications are subject to change based on project requirements. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and securing their own third-party accounts, domains, hosting, and integrations. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer and agree that VCS Creation holds no responsibility for outcomes beyond its direct control.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
By using our services, you agree to our development and support policies. All projects require a 50% advance payment, with the remaining balance due before final delivery. Once the project begins, payments are non-refundable. Timelines depend on the client's cooperation, content submission, and approvals. Revisions are limited according to the selected plan, and major changes may incur additional charges. Third-party services such as domains, hosting, APIs, plugins, and integrations must be purchased by the client. After full payment, the client receives complete ownership of the delivered website or app, while VCS Creation maintains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio. Monthly maintenance is optional and covers basic updates and bug fixes only. VCS Creation is not responsible for data loss, server issues, or external service downtime. By proceeding, the client confirms that all provided information is accurate and accepts these terms in full.
WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE T&C DOCUMENT
A complete Terms & Conditions document should clearly outline the services provided, payment terms, project timelines, revision rules, ownership rights, and client responsibilities. It must include policies for cancellations, refunds, warranties, maintenance, confidentiality, liability limitations, and third-party tool usage (such as domains, hosting, or APIs). The document should also define how data is handled, what support is included, and any extra charges for additional features or delays. Finally, it must state that by using the service, the client agrees to all terms, and the agreement is governed under applicable law.
